1. What We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, country, and phone/WhatsApp number. If you complete our beta qualification form, we also collect your factory size, number of locations, current planning tools, revenue range, and primary planning challenge.

Production data

When you use LoadIt, you may import or enter production orders, factory configurations, line details, style definitions, material statuses, and efficiency data. This is your operational data and it belongs to you.

Usage data

We collect basic usage analytics: pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, and device information. We do not track keystrokes or record screen activity.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the LoadIt planning service and AI-powered recommendations
• To improve the product based on how features are used
• To communicate with you about your account, product updates, and beta feedback requests
• To provide customer support

We do not sell your data. We do not share your production data with other factories, buyers, or any third party. Your factory data is never used to train AI models.

3. Data Isolation

LoadIt is a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation. Each company’s data is separated using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies. No user from one company can access another company’s data. Our AI engine processes your data in isolation and does not combine it with data from other tenants.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored in PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest (AES-256)
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
• Authentication uses industry-standard session management with secure cookies
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the platform or by requesting an export
• Correct any inaccurate data through the platform settings
• Export your data in standard formats (Excel/CSV)
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us

Upon account deletion, we will remove all your production data, factory configurations, and personal information within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (with no personally identifiable information) may be retained.

6. Third-Party Services

LoadIt uses the following third-party services:

• Hosting: Vercel (application), Supabase (database) — both provide SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
• AI Processing: Anthropic Claude API — your data is sent to the AI engine as structured, scoped payloads for planning recommendations. Anthropic does not use customer data for model training.
• Email: For transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)

7. Cookies

LoadIt uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Beta Programme

During the beta period, we may contact you to request feedback on your experience. Participation in feedback is voluntary. Your production data is never shared as part of any case study or testimonial without your explicit written consent.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as LoadIt evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of LoadIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
